WBS Students Apply Learning in Simulated Business
In June, 230 MSc Business students from Warwick Business School (WBS) came together for a high-intensity event to apply their academic learning through our specialized luggage simulation.
The Boardroom Challenge
Students formed senior management teams of eight, adopting critical roles such as CEO, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Design, and Finance. Their mission: drive profitable growth over four financial periods.
Success was measured via a Balanced Scorecard, forcing students to balance short-term financial gains with long-term strategic health—exactly as they would in a global corporation.

A Collaborative Success
The event was the result of extensive collaboration between WBS faculty, the CareersPlus team, external consultants, and our own simulation experts at Business Smart International.
